Tennessee Bob’s Rancho Del Fuego Hot Sauces

Olive oil
3 cloves of garlic minced
One chopped onion
4 tomatoes finely chopped
Splash of milk (can use cream)
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup G Sauce
Garlic salt
2 potatoes
1/2 cup of flour
1 egg
Start off with oil, you’re just gonna wait for it to get pretty hot, add minced garlic onions and sauté. Add tomatoes, once they cook slowly, add milk and blend with the a hand blender. When mixture starts to boil, cook slowly for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the basil, garlic salt and the G sauce.
Boil potatoes until they got really soft then I mashed them, combined with flour and the egg. Knit the mixture until you have a smooth dough, shape the gnocchi and boiled them until they float. Set them aside. Warm up a slightly oiled pan, sprinkle some Italian seasoning and sauté the cooked gnocchi, let them get slightly brown and crispy.
Serve gnocchi on a plate with the tomato cream sauce, garnish with some basil leaves and drizzle a generous amount of G Sauce. Enjoy!
