Ingredients (serves 4):
- 4 bell peppers, halved & seeded
- 2 cups shredded chicken breast
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup hot sauce
- ½ cup reduced-fat mozzarella
• 2 tbsp green onions
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix chicken, yogurt, hot sauce, and half the cheese.
- Fill peppers, top with cheese.
- Bake 25 min until tender. Garnish with green onions.
