Hillbilly Avo-Chick Deluxe recipe with wing sauce

Ingredients
• 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
• 1/2 cup Tennessee Bob’s Hillbilly Wing Sauce, plus extra for drizzling
• 4 small flour tortillas (or tostada shells)
• 2 ripe avocados, sliced
• 1/4 onion, finely diced (optional)
• Olive oil or butter for the skillet
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Sauce the Chicken
Warm shredded chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in Hillbilly Wing Sauce until fully coated and heated through.
2. Prep the Tortillas
Lightly toast tortillas in a dry pan, air fryer, or under a broiler until slightly crisp (about 1–2 minutes per side).
3. Assembly Time
Place a generous layer of saucy chicken onto each tortilla.
4. Add the Freshness
Top with sliced avocado and, if using, a sprinkle of diced onion.
5. Sauce It Up
Drizzle extra Hillbilly Wing Sauce over the top for that perfect finish.

Variations
• Add shredded cheese and melt it under the broiler for a cheesy version.
• Swap chicken for pulled pork or shrimp… the Hillbilly flavor works on everything!
• Serve with lime wedges for brightness.
