Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- ½ cup Tennessee Bob’s Hillbilly Wing Sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 4 small flour tortillas or tostada shells
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- ¼ onion, finely diced (optional)
- Olive oil or butter for the skillet
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Sauce the Chicken
Warm the shredded chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the Hillbilly Wing Sauce until fully coated and heated through, about 3–4 minutes.
Step 2: Crisp the Tortillas
Toast the tortillas in a dry pan, air fryer, or under the broiler for 1–2 minutes per side until slightly crisp and golden.

Step 4: Add the Freshness
