<h2>Instructions</h2>

<li>Sauté onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeño in olive oil over medium heat until softened.</li>
<li><strong>Melt cheeses:</strong> Add cream cheese, then cheddar and Monterey Jack. Stir until smooth.</li>
<li>Add milk to reach desired consistency.</li>
<li>Stir in Happy Hot Sauce, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.</li>
<li>Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.</li>
