    <li>1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded</li>
    <li>1/2 cup cream cheese, softened</li>
    <li>1/4 cup whole milk</li>
    <li>3 tbsp Happy Hot Sauce (adjust to taste)</li>
    <li>1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)</li>
    <li>1/4 tsp ground cumin</li>
    <li>1/4 tsp ground cinnamon</li>
    <li>Salt & pepper to taste</li>
    <li>Fresh cilantro (for garnish)</li>
    <li>Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)</li>
    <li>Tortilla chips (festive shapes)</li>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
  <ol>
    <li>Sauté onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeño in olive oil over medium heat until softened.</li>
    <li><strong>Melt cheeses:</strong> Add cream cheese, then cheddar and Monterey Jack. Stir until smooth.</li>
    <li>Add milk to reach desired consistency.</li>
    <li>Stir in Happy Hot Sauce, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.</li>
    <li>Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.</li>
    <li><strong>Garnish:</strong> Top with cilantro and pomegranate seeds.</li>
    <li>Serve with festive tortilla chips or veggies.</li>
