Wee doggies! This tangy, medium hot sauce is my signature sauce! Straight from the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, Hillbilly Hot Sauce has a rich, hickory-smoky taste with just enough heat to get your attention. Combining jalapeños, habaneros, and sweet bell peppers with apple cider vinegar, hickory smoke, and a special blend of spices makes this a uniquely flavored hot sauce. Hillbillies don’t play around and this hot sauce will add some killer kick to any dish.

Ingredients: water, red peppers, apple cider vinegar, habaneros, jalapenos, salt, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, xanthan gum, natural hickory seasoning

Jalapenos- 2,500 to 8,000
Habaneros- 100,000 to 350,000
