GUIDO’S ‘G’ SAUCE

Guido hails from the Capone era, and his sauce is rich, zesty, and packs some heat. ‘G’ Sauce has all the Italian herbs combined with garlic, tomato, red wine, and balsamic vinegars. It’s an excellent hot sauce for livening up the taste of pizza and marinara! Many even taste notes of cheese in this rich sauce because the brain relates these flavors to it. Of course, it has no cheese but is the best accent to cheesy parmesan dishes, or anything Italian, with a zing and a kick!

INGREDIENTS: WATER, RED WINE VINEGAR, SERRANO PEPPERS, RED BELL PEPPERS, BALSAMIC VINEGAR, CHERRY PEPPERS, SALT, PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER, FRESH TOMATO, ONION POWDER, OREGANO, BASIL, THYME, ROSEMARY, XANTHAN GUM
Serranos- 10,000 – 23,000

Guido

This Serrano Pepper Person was a gangster in the roaring twenties. He is always packing heat and is always standing by to be anyone’s hit man, especially Bob’s. He is ready to do whatever needs to be done, for better or for much worse.
As a human, he was gunned down by another gang, because he took care of the wrong person, per Al Capone’s instructions. He was the victim of an ambush.
His tall tales are always marvelled by everyone around the fire. He knows the meaning of family and is extremely dedicated to it, at whatever the cost. Straight out of Brooklyn, many years ago, comes this hot italian with a cool head and he is one of the favorites on the ranch by young, old and even the rougher ones.
El Rancho residents and even the townies show him respect and he de-serves it. He gives back and is the go to person for Tennessee Bob. They have each others back.
This man can eat his weight in Pasta and still stay slim. Now, that’s Italian!
