HAPPY JUNIOR SAUCE

Refreshing, bold, and sure to make you blush, Happy Junior is a cheeky guy offering a very robust taste! With apple cider vinegar and a bit of honey, this sauce has a nice fruity finish (just like the young character in my stories). It has a decent kick and tastes super fresh. It has a straightforward flavor and you will definitely taste the fresh green habanero. Fly on little guy!

INGREDIENTS: WATER, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, FRESH HABANERO PEPPERS, SALT, HONEY, GARLIC POWDER, XANTHAN GUM

Habaneros- 100,000 to 350,000

$9.00

Happy Junior

Happy Junior and his father, Happy Habanero are two of the more spicy pep-pers on the ranch. If spicy equates to spastic then then Junior is high on that scale and full of life! The Sweet Bells love them both, but Happy Jr. is their boy! Happy Junior does not remember his old life. As far as he knows he has always been an pepper kid! He is full of life, is fast as Speedy Gonzalez, and a bit mischievious (an understatement).
Happy Junior and Ethanito are similar in age. It is yet to be seen how many pepper years equal one human year. They have been best friends since Junior arrived. Once Ethanito made the transformation the antics really began with those two. Happy Junior has no visions of his mortal mother, Josie, but he always talks of a guardian angel that he dreams of. In his dreams he flies with her. Junior has an obsession with flying. Being that they live in the moun-tains, the elders are always on edge with this youngster, especially around the campfire. He is not allowed to go anywhere near the cliffs. He knows better.
