Jalapeño Jack

Jack was the first of the world’s refugees to find his way to the ranch. Being that he is most renowned of all the Pepper People, he is the main char-acter. He just popped off the truck after a trip to the market. Once he showed up on Bob’s ranch, they all started coming. Even the local women started changing into sweet Bell Peppers.
Jack comes straight from Mexico City.  He suffered much tragedy that made him finally run away as a Mexican refugee- he lost his wife and daughter to the Great Earthquake of Mexico City in 1985. It was a terrible quake, a magnitude of 8.0 on the Richter scale. He was so traumatized he just left the city and started roaming south, inland, following the Baha Peninsula. He has bad dreams and somehow always refers to the Sea of Cortez. It is still a mys-tery how Jack, the man, passed on over to the ranch. He must have died along the way but he cannot recall anything after the day he lost everyone and ev-erything he loved.
Now Jack has some spice, but he is middle of the road in flavor and demeanor. He is straight shooter and a friendly sort. What you see is what you get.
Being the first and the most civil of all the ones to come to Rancho Del Fuego, he is Tennessee Bob’s right hand man. Jack is short and stocky with a mustache and a sombrero. He is always smiling. When antagonized, then his worst side comes out and knives start flying. Remember, these char-acters are all renegades looking for some peace from the crazy world they left behind. They are not to be messed with.
Jack’s favorite saying is, “I told you five times twice already, how many times I have to told you man”.
