JIM GRIM SAUCE

Ole Jim is not one to be reckoned with! He is the hottest of the Rancheros. If you’re a thrill-seeker this sauce will light you up with its flavorful and palatable taste. The method to the madness here is a well-crafted sauce that delivers flavor and complexity. I want the flavor of the Carolina Reaper to be enjoyed, not singe your hair. Even if heat is not your thing, you will still love Ole Jim and you can dabble a little or mix it in with another sauce. If our other sauces don’t serve up the heat you’re after, add some Grim Reaper Sauce to spark it up! If you’re craving flavor that really brings the heat, this is the one for you.

Jim Grim

Ole Jim is not one to reckon with. He is the baddest of all the Ranch-ero’s. He came to us from the Wild Wild West. He is a gambler, cowboy and a snake. When Jim gives you that look and crooked smile (somewhat like The Grinch) and the end of his lips curl up high, you feel like you just lost your soul and he has casted you to hellfire. He is just an hombre who has had his share of being kicked around and the world made this hybrid of a man, if he was a man at all. He came here looking for some salvation when he realized the world made him this way, it isn’t his fault. He has class, taste and integrity. If it is hot, by God it is hot! He is like the Sheriff of El Rancho Del Fuego, second to Bob. Everyone from miles around knows not to mess with him or the Ranch! He always defending the place from intruders and is always ready to come out with guns blazing.
Jim showed up on the ranch only days after the Happy Habaneros. He was accompanied by a large Pablano pepper by the name of Pablo. They both looked like they had just come off the battlefield and indeed they had. The story has slowly unfolded since then in pieces and it appears that Jim was rescuedfrom the battlefield by Pablo Pablano. It occurred during the Mexican-American war of 1845 when Texas and Mexico were fighting over which river divided their lands. Rumor has it Pablo pulled him from the Rio Grande river, mortally wounded, as the Mexican soldiers were advancing, yelling GRINGO! He somehow knows that Pablo saved his life and maybe that is the only reason he wound up here. He treats Pablo like his own son.
